Today, I’ll be sharing the costs involved in putting up a superstructure of a 4 Bedroom apartment. This estimates consist of the starting process of the block laying till the roofing course.
The project is a 7 bed room house in which the top floor consist of 2 separate 2 bedroom apartment which will be going out for rent. So this estimate talks about the 4 bedroom apartment superstructure work from the block work setup till the roofing course.
Please kindly note that this estimate has been divided into two phases:
Phase 1: which is the Setup to Lintel Stage
Phase 2: which is the Lintel Stage to Roofing Course
